A Message To My Clients...
Hello! I hope this message finds you and your family well. It’s a difficult time for all of us. I know we’re all wondering what to do going forward, what’s gonna happen.
As far as dog training goes, many of your are cancelling or postponing lessons. I want to fulfill my obligations to yourselves and your dogs. I understand everyone’s need to follow good practices of social distancing. That means not having service providers, like myself, come into your homes.
What I can do is offer to do your training outdoors or in a large indoor space of your choosing, following the practice of maintaining social distance. With weather warming, we can exercise the safe option of training in a park or in your yard.
Another choice is to do your lessons online, using your smartphone, computer or tablet. We’ll plan and schedule such lessons together, just as we would in-home lessons.
I’m sorry I cannot offer refunds at this time, I simply don’t have the resources – business for me has ground to a halt. But you do have six months to complete lessons, and I’ll gladly extend that period longer if you request.
Please send an email or text, or call, to let me know what you’d like to do going forward. I would like to get as many of you back on my schedule as possible.
